| Come out for the Augusta Outdoor Expo Friday, Aug. 10, at Warren Baptist Church! Gerald Jones Auto Group is pleased to sponsor the Augusta Outdoor Expo, taking place Friday, Aug. 10, from 5 to 10 PM at Warren Baptist Church in Augusta, GA. The expo will feature manufacturers, retailers and service providers for a wide variety of outdoor and outdoor-related pursuits, including hunting, fishing, archery, shooting, taxidermy and off-road activities. Educational booths on conservation and outdoor recreation will also be on display. Barbeque dinner will be served in a buffet style from 6 to 8 PM, followed at 8:15 PM by an inspirational talk from featured speaker Dr. Jimmy Sites, Grand Champion of the Big Buck Outdoor Games and host of Spiritual Outdoor Adventures on the Pursuit Channel. Adult admission is $20 and includes the dinner and a chance to win one of the more than $15,000 in door prizes, including a four-passenger E-Z-GO electric hunting golf car, a Big Green Egg smoker and grill from Fireside Outdoor Kitchen & Grill, and a fishing trip for four on Lake Thurmond provided by Sasser's Guide Service. Student admission (8-15 years old) is $10 and includes the dinner and a chance to win one of five hunting licenses for life. Admission is free for children 7 years old and younger.
